We’re a group of tech entrepreneurs and engineers based in the US and Europe with deep product and AI experience, several exits, and years spent building tools that people actually use.

You won’t need to touch the tech. That’s our lane. Between us, we’ve built and sold companies, raised capital from top VCs, and shipped products used by startups and Fortune 500s alike. We know how to build fast, raise when needed, and scale with purpose.
And if the problem we’re solving with you is big enough (and the product is working), we’ll likely raise again. We know how that world operates, and we know how to raise smart. When we do, you may choose to sell a portion of your stake early.

Totally fair and honestly, we wouldn’t expect you to jump into something like this with strangers. That’s why we think it makes sense to start small. No contracts, no obligations. Just a conversation to talk like humans, share some background, and see if there's even a fit. We’ve built companies before. We’ve raised capital, shipped products, and worked with teams from across the globe. We’ve done the hard things but this model, partnering directly with veterans we haven’t known before, is also new for us.

Not right away. First, we work together to explore ideas and build something small that we can test in the real world. If it proves valuable and we’re all excited to keep going, that’s when we’d take the next step.
Before forming a company, we’d put a simple agreement or term sheet in place. That document would outline ownership, roles, and expectations and will later become the foundation for a proper founder agreement once we decide to formally build a company together.

When the product starts generating revenue, you earn your share immediately. You’ll own a significant portion — 20–30% — and get real income as soon as the business does. If we decide to raise funding (and we can), you may also have the chance to sell a portion of your stake very early.
